• Jan 23, 2023: “Skiing was good. Our complains are with their website and customer service. Website: While pre-booking lift tickets the website didn’t accurately differentiate between weekdays and weekends and we were charged weekend rates for 5 consecutive days! Their programming is flawed and after speaking with customer service they have no plans on changing it or providing a refund. Customer Service: After contacting customer service prior to using our tickets they indicated we could only get a refund through emailing their accounting department. Prior to using our tickets, we emailed ample information explaining our situation to their accounting department. We got a stock response after 2 days that showed they didn’t read our email. After we responded with additional questions they never got back to us. We tried to speak to the main desk, but were again referred to accounting. Now our trip is over, and we are back home. We sent another email expressing our concerns and got another stock response that shows they know there is a problem with their website and will do nothing about it.” 0
• Jan 21, 2023: “Beautiful ski resort. It was great skiing here. The mountain is amazing and I'll definitely be coming back. Theres a decent amount of restaurants and bars here. Parking is free with a gondola ride to the village.” 1
• Jan 16, 2023: “Had a wonderful experience with Snow Hosts , introducing me to the hill. Despite poor visibility we safely navigated the hill, got to many runs I was unaware of and finished up having a great day and a friend experience!” 2
